{"id":12251,"date":"2025-11-10T15:08:46","date_gmt":"2025-11-10T08:08:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biologi.um.ac.id\/?p=12251"},"modified":"2025-11-10T15:08:47","modified_gmt":"2025-11-10T08:08:47","slug":"lkmm-pd-hmd-biologi-lebah-madu-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biologi.um.ac.id\/?p=12251","title":{"rendered":"LKMM-PD HMD Biologi Lebah Madu 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Latihan Keterampilan Manajemen Mahasiswa Tingkat Dasar (LKMM-PD) 2025 bertema <em>\u201cFrom Learner to Leader, From Vision to Victory\u201d<\/em> berhasil diselenggarakan oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa Departemen Biologi Universitas Negeri Malang pada 1\u20132 November 2025 secara daring melalui Zoom Cloud Meeting. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh mahasiswa baru Departemen Biologi sebagai pembinaan dasar dalam menanamkan nilai kepemimpinan, tanggung jawab, dan kemampuan manajerial sejak dini.<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hari pertama dimulai pukul 06.00 WIB dengan persiapan panitia, dilanjutkan registrasi peserta pukul 07.00\u201307.30 WIB, serta pembukaan resmi yang diawali doa, sambutan, dan pembacaan tata tertib. <em>Pretest<\/em> dilakukan untuk mengukur pemahaman awal peserta. Materi pertama, <em>\u201cCritical Thinking and Effective Communication\u201d<\/em>, membahas pentingnya berpikir kritis dan komunikasi efektif, diikuti sesi tanya jawab dan penyerahan sertifikat. Setelah itu, sesi <em>ice breaking<\/em> dilakukan untuk menyegarkan suasana. Materi kedua, <em>\u201cAchievement-Oriented Mindset\u201d<\/em>, menekankan pentingnya tujuan jelas, semangat kompetitif sehat, dan konsistensi dalam pengembangan diri. Hari pertama ditutup dengan dokumentasi bersama.<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hari kedua dimulai dengan persiapan dan registrasi peserta, diikuti pembacaan tata tertib serta <em>curiculum vitae <\/em>pemateri ketiga. Materi <em>\u201cSelf-Leadership and Personal Development\u201d<\/em> membahas kepemimpinan diri dan pengembangan potensi pribadi. Sesi tanya jawab berlangsung interaktif, diakhiri dengan penyerahan sertifikat kepada pemateri. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui <em>post test<\/em> dan angket kepuasan peserta. Acara ditutup secara resmi dengan dokumentasi bersama seluruh peserta, panitia, dan pemateri.<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Secara keseluruhan, LKMM-PD 2025 berjalan lancar, tertib, dan mendapat respon positif.
